CONCEPT

My main objective is to convey sake knowledge which are indispensable to enjoy Japanese sake without any language barrier, in a belief that everyone should be able to appreciate the traditional craftmanship of sake brewing, along with the “marriage” experience with Washoku, Japanese cuisine.

My ultimate goal is to  boost sake consumption by promoting sake outside Japan,  broadcasting the charms of sake and craftmanship of the brewers, thus  creating big sake fans inside and outside Japan.

I make it a rule to study always to renew my knowledge and perception of sake, as I believe it very important to be able to answer any questions from foreign people interested in sake.
